After payment for the order, the itinerary receipt (e-ticket printout) is automatically sent to the client's email. 

Reasons why you might not have received the itinerary receipt:

  • the email mistakenly went to «Spam» instead of «Inbox»;

  • the mailbox is full;

  • an incorrect email address was provided when placing the order (with a typo, or simply an old address you no longer use);

  • the ticket was not issued because the order payment failed;

  • a technical glitch occurred in the airline ticket booking system or email service.

You can independently find and download order documents on the Kupibilet website. This can be done even without logging into your Personal Account or if you don't remember the email you provided during purchase. Here's what to do:

  1.  In the «Customer Care» section, select «Where is my ticket?».

  2.  Enter the phone number, series, and document number provided during order placement, without spaces.

  3. Click «Find» — a list of your orders with upcoming flights will appear.

  4. Select the desired order and download the document by clicking «Itinerary Receipt».

If this did not help or you did not receive the ticket within 15-20 minutes after purchase, and payment went through (or you have even the slightest suspicion that it did), please contact us immediately using one of two methods:

  • write to our chat from your personal account (select menu items «My question about the order» and then — «I did not receive the ticket») or

  • send a request on the order page.

So that we can find your order, please provide the phone number from the order and the passenger's passport details.

We will check the order and send you the ticket if it was issued.

Please, do not create a new order until you receive information from us about the status of your previous purchase. If the airline ticket has been issued, it cannot be canceled with a full refund. Email service issues and delivery errors of the itinerary receipt will not be accepted by the airline  as valid reasons for canceling the ticket and refunding its cost.
