General recommendations:

โœ” Check your card balance (or available limit, if it's a credit card).

โœ” Return to the order payment page and re-enter your card details to avoid typos (if you have already closed the order tab, you can return to it via your Personal Account).

โœ” If there are bank card logos next to the selected payment method, make sure your card is suitable for this payment method.

Did a payment error window appear? A detailed instruction will help you:

"Ticket Payment Error" โ€” in orders with "card via airline" payment method

"Unfortunately, the service has not been paid for" โ€” in orders with "card via Kupibilet" payment method (standard ticket payment method, available by default for all orders)

โ€” After entering card details, nothing happens, money is not debited, and there is no error message.

Recommendations for this case:

โœ” Scroll up the payment page and make sure all required fields are filled in correctly. The system will not start the payment and ticket issuance process if, for example, the client has not specified the expiration date of their international passport or has not accepted the agreement with the Kupibilet service.

โœ” If your computer or smartphone is "frozen" and needs a restart, you can return to placing your order by logging into your Personal Account on the same or any other device. But please note: since we do not book tickets for deferred payment, the purchase must be completed as soon as possible.
