The majestic Taza Pir Mosque is not just a religious building, but a true masterpiece of Islamic architecture gracing the historical center of Baku. Towering over the city, it serves as a spiritual beacon and an important symbol representing Azerbaijan on the religious map of the region. It is here that the headquarters of the Caucasus Muslims Office is located.

The site holds special significance due to the ancient tomb of the saint and scholar Abu Seyid Abdulla, located in the underground part of the complex. The building is striking in its elegance: its appearance combines the best traditions of the Shirvan-Absheron architectural school. The facades of the mosque are skillfully decorated with traditional ornaments and fine calligraphy carved in stone.
One of the main architectural highlights is the double dome. This unique construction not only gives the building a monumental look but also creates unique acoustics inside the main hall, making voices sound particularly solemn. The interior of the mosque is finished with expensive materials and reflects the richness of Muslim art.
