For meat lovers, juicy shashliks and kebabs are prepared over an open fire using traditional Georgian spices.

Beyond the food, guests can expect a unique immersion into the culture. You can peek into the wine cellar, where the best varieties of wine are stored in barrels, and choose a drink to your taste. Often, the meal is accompanied by energetic dances from the waiters and live music, creating a unique feeling of a Caucasian feast right here in Vladivostok.

For those looking for something unusual, the menu features interesting fusions of Georgian traditions with local products, as well as an excellent selection of vegetarian dishes. Don't forget to end your dinner with one of the signature desserts and a cup of aromatic coffee while enjoying the coziness and warmth of this hospitable home.

History & Facts

The history of the popular "Supra" chain began with the initiative of restaurateur Ilya Sukhikh. After an inspiring journey where he studied the gastronomic traditions existing in a country like Russia, the idea was born to create a project that would bring the spirit of Georgian hospitality to the Far East.

The project team took a thorough approach: they visited Georgia multiple times to learn the secrets of the trade from local chefs. To create an authentic interior, more than 70 unique carpets and many antique household items were brought from Georgia, which now decorate the halls of Didi Supra.

Since the opening of the first establishment in 2017, the project has become a true phenomenon. In seven years of operation, the chefs have hand-rolled over 10 million khinkali and baked hundreds of tons of khachapuri. Didi Supra, which opened later as the chain's most spacious "home," continues these traditions, maintaining its status as one of the most visited gastronomic spots in the region.

Time Needed

To fully experience the warmth and hospitality of Didi Supra, we recommend setting aside at least 2–3 hours for your visit. This is enough time to leisurely explore the extensive menu, wait for freshly prepared dishes, and enjoy the restaurant's lively atmosphere.

If your goal is a quick but high-quality Georgian-style lunch, you can manage it in 1–1.5 hours. However, keep in mind that in the evenings and on weekends, there are often festive performances and dances by the staff, which are a key part of the experience, so you certainly won't want to rush.

Working Hours

The Didi Supra restaurant is ready to welcome guests every day. The doors are open from 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM, making it an excellent choice for both an early lunch and a late festive dinner with friends.

As the restaurant is very popular, the operating schedule may be adjusted on public holidays. Before visiting, we recommend checking the official website or calling the manager to confirm the current information and availability of tables.
