Greynolds Park is a picturesque, historic urban park and a true gem for nature lovers and those seeking peaceful relaxation, located in Sunny Isles Beach, USA. Opened to visitors back in 1936, it is the second oldest park in Miami-Dade County. The park spans an impressive area of about 107 hectares (265 acres) and offers a unique blend of natural beauty and historical sites.

Interestingly, this land was originally a rock quarry owned by the Ojus Rock Company. Today, Greynolds Park has transformed into an oasis with diverse landscapes. Here, you can walk through relatively untouched hardwood forests, explore mangrove estuaries along the Oleta River, and enjoy the shade of tropical hardwood hammocks.
These unique ecosystems are home to numerous species of birds and fish, making the park an important natural site. It's no surprise that in 1983, the Historic Preservation Board officially designated Greynolds Park as a historic site, highlighting its significance not only as a place for recreation but also as a piece of the region's natural and cultural heritage.
