A visit to this place is a true gastronomic experience. Guests can appreciate a wide range of craft beers, including exclusive varieties brewed right on-site, as well as interesting offerings from other local breweries. For those who want to take a piece of the flavor home, there is an option to purchase beverages in special containers called crowlers.

If you get hungry, there is a menu featuring delicious Detroit-style pizza, baked pasta, and various appetizers. Additionally, invited local food trucks often operate on the premises, serving unique dishes. To make the evening even more interesting, you can play popular active games like cornhole or take part in the weekly trivia nights, which traditionally draw many teams on Thursdays.

Getting There

Finding the brewery is easy, as it is located in the very heart of the historic district at the intersection of 7th Street and Indiana Avenue. This lively area is easy to recognize by its characteristic industrial architecture and prominent signage.

The most convenient way to get here is by private car or by ordering a taxi from any part of the city. For car owners, parking is available on the adjacent downtown streets. If you prefer public transport, look for routes passing through the city's central hub, from where the brewery is just a few minutes' walk away.

History & Facts

The history of this place began with the passion for brewing shared by two friends — Matt Beech and Russell Reynolds. Matt brought a wealth of experience from Austin, where he had successfully developed a major brewing business, and decided to realize his ambitions in his hometown.

Construction on Indiana Avenue began in the spring of 2017, and just a year later, on March 30, 2018, the doors officially opened to the first visitors. The project immediately caught the attention of the community and the business world, winning the prestigious i.d.e.a. WF startup competition at Midwestern State University.

The technical equipment of the enterprise deserves special attention. The brewery uses a fully automated brewing system, designed so that a single person can manage the process of preparing a massive batch of beer. This allows for maintaining the highest product quality while preserving the spirit of a small local production.

Time Needed

To fully enjoy the hospitality of this venue, it is recommended to set aside about 2–3 hours for your visit. This is plenty of time to leisurely explore the tasting menu, order a hot pizza, and just relax in a pleasant atmosphere.

If you plan to visit during themed nights or trivia games on Thursdays, you should factor in a bit more time. The evening programs usually captivate guests with their excitement and friendly socializing, turning a regular dinner into a full-fledged event.

Working Hours

Please note that the establishment's schedule varies depending on the day of the week. The brewery is closed on Mondays, and from Tuesday to Thursday, it welcomes guests from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. On Friday and Saturday, the doors are open from noon until midnight, and on Sunday, from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Since working hours may be adjusted on holidays or during private events, we recommend checking the latest information on the official website or social media before planning your trip.
