Features and Advantages of the Airport:
Scenic Location. The airport is situated in the Changle district, right by the sandy sea coast. Thanks to this, take-offs and landings here are particularly beautiful, and waiting for a flight in halls with panoramic glazing allows you to enjoy seascape views.
Developed Infrastructure. The terminal is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable wait: there are Duty Free shops offering local souvenirs (famous Oolong tea and lacquerware), various restaurants serving Fujian cuisine, as well as comfortable lounge zones and free Wi-Fi. Currently, the airport is actively expanding, with the construction of the second terminal (T2) underway, which will make it even more convenient.
Transport Accessibility. Despite being a significant distance from the city centre (about 50 km), transfers are excellently organised. Passengers can use convenient Airport Express buses running to various districts of Fuzhou and railway stations, or official taxis. Construction is also underway on the high-speed F1 metro line, which in the future will connect the airport to the city centre in half an hour.
