The temperature range in Soledad is remarkably stable throughout the year. Daily averages consistently stay around +27°C... +28°C. There is no winter in the usual sense: even during the "coolest" periods, daytime temperatures rarely drop below +29°C, while nighttime temperatures remain at a comfortable level around +25°C.

The hottest months are traditionally July, August, and September, when daytime highs regularly reach +32°C. Combined with the high humidity of the Caribbean coast, such temperatures feel quite sweltering. Fluctuations between day and night temperatures are minimal, typically only 4–6 degrees, which is characteristic of the tropical zone.

Thanks to the influence of maritime air masses, the heat in the city rarely becomes extreme, but the constant warmth requires tourists to be prepared for frequent use of air conditioning. There is absolutely no snow in Soledad due to the consistently high temperatures. A significant feature is the high humidity, which persists throughout the rainy season, creating a muggy feeling even when it is cloudy. Travelers in the second half of the year should be prepared for the frequent but predictable whims of the tropical sky.

For a comfortable stay in Soledad year-round, it is recommended to choose clothing made of natural, "breathable" fabrics, such as cotton or linen. Light-colored T-shirts, shorts, and breezy dresses will help you handle the tropical heat and high humidity. Be sure to bring reliable sunglasses, a wide-brimmed hat, and high-SPF sunscreen, as the sun is very intense at these latitudes.

If your trip falls in the second half of the year (the rainy season), don't forget to pack a compact umbrella or a light rain poncho, as well as quick-drying shoes.
