The Grand Aquarium Saint-Malo is one of the main tourist attractions of the city of Saint-Malo and one of the largest aquariums in all of France. Located at the entrance to the legendary corsair city, it offers visitors a fascinating journey into the depths of the world's oceans. It is a place that attracts hundreds of thousands of tourists annually and is the second most visited tourist site in Brittany.

The complex is striking in its scale: its area is about 4,000 square meters, and the total volume of water in the aquariums reaches 2.5 million liters. In these impressive conditions, a vast collection of marine life lives—approximately 11,000 individuals, representing about 600 different species from all the world's seas and oceans. Visitors can explore 9-10 themed zones, from cold seas to tropical waters and mangrove forests.
One of the most exciting parts of the aquarium is the "Ring of the Seas"—a huge 360-degree observation tank where sharks, sea turtles, and giant groupers swim around you. Additionally, there are unique attractions such as the "Nautibus" submarine, which immerses guests in the world of a sunken city, and the Abyssal Descender dive simulator. For the most curious, there is a touch pool where you can touch starfish, rays, and other coastal inhabitants of Brittany.
