How to get to Ukhta

Travelling by car offers freedom of movement and the opportunity to see the beauty of the taiga. The most popular route leads from the city of Syktyvkar: the distance is about 326 km, and the drive will take approximately 4 hours. It is also convenient to arrive from the direction of Pechora city, covering 280 km in 4–4.5 hours.

The path from the settlement of Ust-Tsilma is longer — about 362 km and will require over 5 hours behind the wheel. Drivers should remember that road surface quality may vary, and in the winter period, the road requires increased attentiveness.
