The Ceramic Museum (Çini Müzesi), located in the historical center of Kütahya, invites you to immerse yourself in a world of exquisite patterns and ancient traditions. This unique cultural space, opened in 1999, is housed within the walls of the ancient Imaret complex, built in the early 15th century.

The building itself is of immense interest to history buffs. It is a classic example of architecture from the Germiyanid Beylik era, featuring a central hall crowned with a dome, an elegant fountain, and cozy iwan rooms. Turkey is rightfully proud of this site, as it houses one of the most impressive collections of tiles and everyday objects.
The exhibition showcases works by masters from the 14th century to the present day. Visitors can see not only masterpieces from Kütahya and Iznik but also the tools used to create them: brushes, paints, and samples of traditional patterns passed down through generations.
