The REME Museum is an impressive military-technical complex dedicated to the history of the Corps of Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. Located in the village of Lyneham, this museum is a true treasure trove for anyone interested in engineering and military history. Great Britain is proud of this center, which in 2017 found a modern home in the former RAF Lyneham officers' club.

Across the museum's eight galleries, a unique collection tells the story of the corps from 1942 to the present day. Here you can see not only rare uniforms, medals, and personal weapons, but also massive armored recovery vehicles, aircraft, and sophisticated repair equipment. The exhibition clearly demonstrates how the British Army keeps its equipment operational even in the harshest conditions.
The museum is recognized as a "Hidden Gem" of South West England by Visit England. This place attracts visitors with its interactive approach: modern technologies allow guests to literally touch history. For a comfortable break, the Crown’s Café and a souvenir shop are located on-site, making the visit enjoyable for the whole family.
