History & Facts

The idea for this unique spot came from brothers Stephen and Patrick O'Bryan, who were already well-known in the city for their successful restaurant Bon Temps Grill. They felt that the local crowd lacked a space where the aesthetics of jazz clubs from the past combined with modern service and gastronomy.

Whiskey & Vine opened its doors in a building that previously housed the well-known Jolie's Louisiana Bistro. To create the perfect atmosphere, the new owners underwent a massive renovation: they knocked down several interior walls to expand the space and paid immense attention to acoustics, turning the hall into a flawless concert venue.

Curiously, there are mystical stories associated with this building. According to legend, ghosts named Allison and Ladys haunt the place. The owners treat these rumors with irony and respect, believing that the pair of "invisible guests" only adds to the establishment's special charm and mystery, typical of old buildings in the Southern states.

Time Needed

To fully enjoy the atmosphere and the program, we recommend setting aside 2 to 3 hours for your visit. This will allow you to dine without rushing, try signature cocktails, and listen to the live musical performance.

For those planning to stop by Whiskey & Vine for Sunday brunch, 1–2 hours is usually enough. However, remember that the live music and cozy interior often make guests forget about the time and stay longer.

Working Hours

The establishment opens its doors to guests daily, except for morning hours on weekdays. The schedule is as follows: from Monday to Thursday, the bar is open from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, on Friday — from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and on Saturday — from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Sunday deserves special mention, as a traditional brunch with live music takes place here from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We recommend checking the official website before visiting, as opening hours may change depending on holidays or special events.
