Virtual Airlines (VR) strives to ensure high standards of service regardless of flight distance or ticket price. The service concept is built on a combination of Italian hospitality, inherent to the carrier's home region, and modern technological solutions. Passengers are offered a choice of three classes of service, each designed taking into account the needs of different categories of travellers.
Economy Class
For most tourists, the journey begins here. VR Economy Class offers an optimal balance of price and quality. Cabins are equipped with ergonomic seats featuring adjustable headrests and sufficient legroom, which is especially important on long-distance flights, for example, to the resort city of Sal Rei. Each seat is equipped with a USB port for charging gadgets. On flights lasting more than 3 hours, passengers are offered hot meals and beverages, while light snacks are served on shorter routes.
Business Class
Business Class is ideal for those who value personal space and a high level of comfort. The journey begins with priority check-in and access to airport business lounges, including the flagship lounge in Milan. On board, passengers enjoy wide seats that transform into a fully flat bed on long-haul flights. This allows for proper rest before arrival. The Business Class menu includes exquisite dishes served on porcelain tableware and a premium beverage selection. This class is particularly popular on busy routes connecting major business centres, such as Paris.
First Class
On select long-haul flights, Virtual Airlines offers an exceptional level of service in First Class. These are private cabin suites ensuring complete isolation from the aisle. Passengers are provided with pyjamas, premium travel amenity kits, and high-quality bedding. Personal flight attendants are ready to fulfil any request, and dining is organised on a "dine on demand" principle — you can order any dish from the menu at a time convenient for you.
Food and Beverages
The airline takes pride in its approach to gastronomy. Even in Economy Class, passengers are offered dishes inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. If you are flying to exotic Praia or another remote city, a full lunch or dinner awaits you. For passengers with special dietary preferences (vegetarian, gluten-free, children's, or religious meal options including Halal), a pre-order service for special meals is available — requests must be made no later than 24 hours before departure via the website or contact centre.
Entertainment and Connectivity (IFE)
You won't be bored in flight thanks to the modern multimedia entertainment system. Individual touch screens in seatbacks (on most aircraft types) open access to an extensive library of movies, music, and games. The onboard magazine and interactive flight map will help you track your route. Additionally, many aircraft in the VR fleet are equipped with Wi-Fi access equipment, allowing you to stay connected with loved ones or colleagues right in the sky.
Special Services
Virtual Airlines pays special attention to the youngest passengers and people with reduced mobility:
- For Children: On board, young travellers are given play kits with colouring books and puzzles. For infants on long flights, a bassinet can be booked in advance. A paid escort service is also available for children travelling without parents.
- For Passengers with Reduced Mobility: The airline provides free assistance during boarding and disembarking, and ensures comfortable seating on board. Special wheelchairs are available in the cabin for movement during the flight.
