The coolest months are January and February, when the thermometer shows an average of 11–12°C. During this period, as well as in November, the highest number of days with precipitation is observed (up to 11–12 days per month). Spring delights with pleasant warming, as the air heats up to a comfortable 15–18°C and nature blooms, although the chance of rain still remains.
