The team was later joined by Cece Leclair, a professional bar manager who moved to the area for her love of the mountains and adventure. Together, this trio created a space where old-fashioned hospitality meets modern tastes.

In its first years, the cidery grew gradually, earning the trust of its neighbors. A significant breakthrough occurred when they expanded the patio and launched their own delivery service, which helped the community come together during challenging times. By its third anniversary in 2021, the project reached a new level, beginning the distribution of its signature OG cider throughout the region.

Today, Cliffside Cider is a symbol of local success and quality. Cece Leclair serves as General Manager, Rob Wayes handles marketing, and Boyd Folkard continues to personally oversee the production process, coming up with increasingly bold and interesting flavor combinations for their guests.
