In late 2024, the establishment faced serious challenges. Due to technical issues with the premises on Lenin Avenue and financial difficulties, the owners had to find a new home for their charges. The raccoons temporarily moved from one place to another until they found shelter in Zverosovkhoz, where they live today under the care of the project's creator, Sergey Lunev.

Despite all the ups and downs and forced relocations, "Enotopolis" maintains its status as the northernmost raccoon home in the world. Currently, eight energetic animals live here, each with its own personality and story. The owners pay great attention to safety: all animals are microchipped and have a full set of necessary vaccinations.

To fully interact with the furry residents, take great photos, and listen to the staff's stories, 1–1.5 hours is usually enough. This is the optimal time that allows the raccoons not to get tired of the attention while guests receive a maximum of positive emotions.

"Enotopolis" operates on a special schedule that takes into account the animals' rest and feeding periods. Usually, the doors are open daily from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. On weekdays, the schedule may vary slightly (for example, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a technical break).
