Pico de los Pozos offers truly breathtaking panoramic views of Gran Canaria's diverse landscapes. On clear days, visibility extends so far that you can distinguish the outlines of other islands in the Canary archipelago, creating an unforgettable sight. This place is perfect for photography enthusiasts and anyone who appreciates the majesty of nature.
One of the main highlights of the viewpoint is the opportunity to observe a unique natural phenomenon known as the "sea of clouds" (mar de nubes). When clouds form at a lower altitude, visitors to Pico de los Pozos find themselves above them, and a vast, snow-white "sea" shimmering under the sun's rays stretches out before them. This is a truly magical sight that leaves a deep impression and makes a visit to this place truly special.
