On the picturesque shores of Lake Siljan in the cozy town of Mora lies one of the most significant art centers Sweden has to offer — the Zorn Museum (Zornmuseet). This site is a true temple to the creativity of the famous Swedish master Anders Zorn. It houses the world's most extensive collection of his works, including not only magnificent paintings but also sculptures, delicate etchings, and sketches.

The museum surprises visitors with the variety of its holdings. In addition to the artist's own works, unique pieces of art and craft are on display, which Zorn brought back from his many travels around the world. One of the highlights of the exhibition is the luxurious "Silver Collection", consisting of over 400 antique items ranging from elegant goblets to ancient trays.
The museum building, erected in a classical style in 1939, is a historical monument in its own right. It was created at the initiative of the artist's widow, Emma Zorn, to preserve and grow her husband's legacy. Visiting this museum is not just about viewing paintings, but a deep dive into the aesthetics and lifestyle of the early 20th century through the lens of one of Europe's greatest artists.
