In addition to its natural beauty, the hill possesses rich historical and cultural value, closely intertwined with local traditions and legends, making it more than just an observation deck, but a place with a soul.
Several notable sites are located on the summit, adding to its historical significance. Among them is the symbolic tomb (türbe) of the Seljuk Sultan Ruknettin Kılıçarslan IV, dating back to 1286. Also located here is the Cappadocia Cultural Center. This building, which once served as one of the region's first libraries, today functions as a cultural center and a cozy teahouse where you can relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
