The old farmhouse and outbuildings were used for their original purpose until 2012, after which the gradual transformation of the space began. The park's development took place in several stages: for example, the specialized dog zone only opened in July 2020, and the modern skate park became the fourth facility of its kind in the city.

The playground project was one of the most ambitious in the area, with approximately $600,000 spent on its implementation. Thanks to the inclusive approach and the variety of play elements, the park quickly transformed from a quiet outskirts area into a popular center for family leisure, while preserving the memory of its farming roots through educational displays.

For a standard tour of the park and a walk along its perimeter, 1–2 hours will be sufficient. This is enough time to enjoy the scenery, get some fresh air, and appreciate the modern infrastructure.

However, if you plan to visit with children for playground time, use the skate park, or relax by the pond, it is better to budget 3–4 hours. Families with pets or picnic enthusiasts often spend half a day here, especially during the warm summer months when the splash pad is operational.

The general park grounds are open daily from sunrise to sunset (approximately 6:00 AM to 9:50 PM). The specialized water area — the splash pad — welcomes guests from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, starting from the holiday weekend in late May through the beginning of September.
