The main feature of OMB is its strict adherence to German brewing traditions and the famous Reinheitsgebot (Beer Purity Law) of 1516. This means that only four natural ingredients are used to produce all beer varieties here: water, malt, hops, and yeast. This approach guarantees the highest quality and classic taste of the beverages.
The brewery occupies an impressive area of about 8.5 acres (3.4 hectares). Here, you will find not only the production facilities but also the spacious Brauhaus restaurant and taproom, where you can sample freshly brewed beer and traditional German snacks. Additionally, guests can enjoy a vast outdoor Biergarten, creating the atmosphere of a true Bavarian festival, and a dedicated event space. The architecture and design of the entire complex are executed in a traditional German style, adding special charm and authenticity to the place.
