Perched on a picturesque hill in Mykonos Town stands Boni's Mill—one of the island's most recognizable symbols. More than just a 16th-century historical structure, it serves as the central element of the open-air Agricultural Museum. The atmosphere of the past is carefully preserved here, allowing visitors to Greece to experience the traditional lifestyle of Cycladic farmers.

The mill was named after its last miller, Georgios Bonis. Unlike many other mills on the island that were converted into private homes or hotels over time, this structure has retained its original mechanism. Inside the museum, you can see how the giant millstones turned grain into flour and explore the auxiliary buildings: a dovecote, an oven, and a wine press.
Today, this site is considered a must-visit not only for its historical value but also for the stunning panoramic views over the Aegean Sea and the Chora district. Entry to the museum grounds is free, making it an accessible and popular spot for walks, especially during the sunset hours.
