Plodushka, Monastyrskaya Zaimka is a unique historical, cultural, and natural reserve located in the city of Chelyabinsk. Representing a picturesque green area of 29 hectares, this complex is a true living monument to the history of Russia and the Southern Urals.

The main feature of this site is the ancient fruit orchard, established over a century and a half ago by the nuns of the Odigitrievsky Monastery. Today, you can see species of apple, pear, and nut trees that are rare for the region, some of which are over a hundred years old. In 2014, the territory was granted cultural heritage site status, which helped preserve this unique corner from urban development.
The heart of Plodushka is St. Nicholas Church, built in 1864. It is one of the oldest surviving churches in the city, which, despite all historical changes, maintains its special spiritual atmosphere. For travelers, it is an ideal place to combine architectural exploration with a walk in the fresh air.
