Across the expansive territory of Main Street Cupertino, there are two eight-story office buildings, eleven retail buildings, 120 live-work apartments, and a modern 180-room business hotel. The complex is complemented by flexible office and market spaces, a public park, and a spacious town square. Visitors can expect a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, and shops offering a variety of goods and services.
Main Street Cupertino quickly gained popularity as a place for relaxation, meetings, and socializing, especially on weekends when special events and activities are often held. The central Town Square serves as the heart of the community, featuring a developed network of pedestrian paths and areas for outdoor dining, art exhibitions, and various community events. During the project's development, special attention was paid to sustainability principles, including innovative resource conservation solutions, the integration of public art, and the creation of an environment that fosters intellectual growth.
