The exhibition features over 70 interactive 3D paintings, designed so that from the right angle, a photo creates the effect of being completely present in the scene. Here, you can find yourself in the jaws of a giant beast, soar above the city, or walk through fantastic landscapes. It's not just a classic museum, but a true hub of creativity and imagination.

In addition to the 3D art, the gallery surprises with the country's largest mirror maze, the 3D Mirror Maze, and the unique monochrome Doodle World zone, designed in a black-and-white sketch style. This place is rightfully considered one of the most popular spots for Instagram photos in the capital, attracting tourists and locals alike with its unusual atmosphere.

What to Do

The main activity in the gallery is, without a doubt, an interactive photo hunt. You will interact with dozens of 3D canvases: "stepping" into the frame, choosing fun poses, and looking for the right angles to trick the eye. It is an ideal space for creativity, where everyone can become a co-author of a work of art.

Be sure to test your sense of direction in the 3D Mirror Maze. This largest mirror maze in the country creates an effect of endless reflections, turning the search for an exit into a thrilling adventure that delights both children and adults. For those who prefer a more relaxed leisure activity, the Art Studio offers workshops in watercolor and calligraphy led by professional artists.

Don't forget to stop by Doodle World—a unique play world designed in black-and-white graphics that resembles a sketchbook come to life. The gallery regularly updates temporary displays in the Exhibition Gallery, so you can find something new and inspiring with every visit.

Getting There

The gallery is located in the heart of the city within the Bangabandhu Military Museum building on Bijoy Sarani street. Thanks to its central location, it can be reached from almost any part of the city. The most convenient and popular way is to take a taxi or traditional Bangladeshi rickshaws and CNGs (three-wheeled auto-rickshaws). A trip from popular areas like Gulshan or Dhaka University usually takes between 15 and 25 minutes, depending on traffic.

If you are coming from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (DAC), the journey will take about 30–45 minutes (the distance is approximately 20 km). For those who prefer public transport, buses heading to the Bijoy Sarani stop are suitable. From the stop to the museum entrance is just a couple of minutes of leisurely walking. Parking is available at the museum for those arriving in private vehicles.

History & Facts

Artpix 3D Art Gallery made history as the first and largest immersive art venue in Bangladesh. It became a true pioneer, offering the public a completely new format for interacting with paintings, where the viewer ceases to be a mere observer and becomes part of the scene. Since its opening, this space has quickly transformed into a significant cultural landmark of the capital.

An important milestone in the gallery's development has been its close collaboration with recognized masters. Workshops and creative sessions are regularly held here under the guidance of famous artists such as Shahanur Mamun and Kamruzzoha. For instance, in the fall of 2024, a series of watercolor masterclasses attracted many art enthusiasts, helping to develop the local creative community.

The gallery actively participates in the city's life by organizing large-scale events. Among the most significant events are the Grand Exhibition Ceremony in September 2025 and participation in the "Expresso Freedom 2024" project. The constant expansion of the exposition, including the addition of mirror mazes and Doodle World zones, confirms the gallery's status as a leading center for modern interactive art in the region.

Time Needed

To enjoy all the optical illusions at a leisurely pace and take successful photos, we recommend setting aside 1.5 to 2.5 hours for your visit. Most of the time is usually spent on photo sessions in the 3D painting zone—this takes about an hour. Another 20–30 minutes will be needed to navigate the exciting mirror maze.

If workshops are being held in the Art Studio on the day of your visit, or if there are temporary exhibitions, it's worth planning for an extra hour. This place is excellent for a family outing, as the interactive format keeps both children and adults engaged.

Working Hours

The gallery typically welcomes guests from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM every day except for Wednesdays and Fridays, when it is closed to the public. Please note that the schedule may change depending on public holidays or events held at the Military Museum.

It is recommended to check the current schedule before your trip on the official website artpix.limited or on social media to ensure your visit is as comfortable as possible.
