The design of the establishment, created by renowned Japanese architect Keiji Ashizawa, embodies the aesthetics of minimalism and warmth. The main highlight of the interior is a large curved counter clad in more than 7,000 ceramic tiles. These tiles, finished with a volcanic ash glaze, were developed in collaboration with designers from London and Amsterdam, creating a unique texture that links the cafe's interior space with the surrounding landscape of Japan.
