The complex occupies a vast territory of over 160,000 m². Here, on the coast washed by South Korea, guests are offered a unique accommodation experience in one of 392 rooms, each designed to maximize views of the sea or dense forest. It is not just a hotel, but a complete ecosystem for quality leisure.

The architectural concept, created by the masters at SKM Architects, emphasizes a smooth transition from the seacoast to the forest. Village de Ananti stands out with its courtyards, outdoor pools, and thoughtfully designed public spaces that turn an ordinary vacation into an aesthetic journey.

For those who prefer water activities, the complex offers both indoor and magnificent outdoor pools with views of the horizon. A leisurely promenade among the low-rise villas and greenery allows you to completely disconnect and forget about the city bustle.

If you crave variety, there are markets and boutiques on the ground floors of the residential towers. Additionally, the complex regularly serves as a venue for various cultural events and workshops, making every visit unique and filled with new experiences.

Getting There

Village de Ananti is located in the Gijang-gun district, approximately 7 kilometers from the famous Dalmaji Hill. Despite its distance from the busy central districts, getting here is easy if you plan your route in advance.

The most comfortable and fastest way to visit the complex is by taxi or private car. The resort is situated along the coast, and a car trip will allow you to fully enjoy the sea views along the way. For those arriving in their own vehicle, spacious parking is provided on-site.

Public transport in this area is less developed than in the center, so there are no direct subway routes to the complex. If you prefer to travel by bus, be prepared for transfers and a short walk from the nearest stop to the entrance of the resort area.

History & Facts

The creation of Village de Ananti was an important milestone in the development of the east coast's tourism infrastructure. The project was developed by the renowned SKM Architects and was implemented over five years — from May 2018 to May 2023. This complex became a logical continuation and expansion of the concept of the neighboring Ananti Cove, which was completed earlier.

One of the architects' main tasks was to harmoniously integrate the massive complex into the complex terrain of the area. To minimize environmental impact and avoid large-scale earthworks, the southern part of the site was artificially elevated. This allowed all necessary infrastructure and parking to be placed underground, leaving the surface for walking areas and gardens.

The general plan of the territory is divided into four functional zones. It combines high-rise condominium towers, exclusive mansions, and cozy low-rise villas. This planning solution allowed for the creation of a unique space where every guest feels a sense of privacy, despite the impressive scale of the entire complex.

Time Needed

To simply stroll through the complex grounds, look into the local library, and enjoy a cup of coffee with an ocean view, you will need about 3–4 hours. This is enough time for a brief acquaintance with the architecture and atmosphere of the "village."

If your plans include visiting the swimming pools, relaxing in the spa area, or having a leisurely dinner at one of the complex's restaurants, it's better to set aside a full day for your visit. Village de Ananti is designed as a self-sufficient space for relaxation, where rushing would only hinder your rest.

Working Hours

The Village de Ananti complex is open daily, welcoming guests from early morning until evening. The official operating hours for most public areas are set from 06:40 to 17:00, seven days a week.

Please note that individual establishments on the territory, such as restaurants, the spa center, or swimming pools, may have their own schedules that differ from the general hours. Before your visit, it is recommended to check the latest information on the official website or clarify the opening times of specific facilities by phone.
