History & Facts

The Crystal shopping and entertainment center opened its doors to visitors in 2013, marking a new era in shopping and leisure for Tyumen. It was not just another shopping complex, but the first project of a super-regional format in the city and region. This status means that the center has a massive area (about 100,000 sq. m) and is capable of attracting visitors not only from the city itself but from across the entire region, thanks to its extensive range of goods and services.

One of the first and key events that determined Crystal's future success was the opening of the Auchan grocery hypermarket on February 19, 2013, even before the official launch of the entire complex. This store became the 57th in the Russian network and immediately attracted a huge flow of customers. It was followed by other "anchor" tenants in the mall, such as the Leroy Merlin home improvement hypermarket, electronics stores, sporting goods, and a multi-screen cinema, which strengthened its position as a major center of attraction.

Due to its scale, modern approach, and well-chosen mix of tenants, Crystal quickly transformed from an ordinary shopping spot into an important city hub. Just a year after its opening, in 2014, the shopping center received the "Business Real Estate. Achievements of the Year" award in the "Project of the Year" category, confirming its significance for Tyumen. Today, Crystal continues to develop, offering residents and visitors of the city not only shopping but also various cultural and entertainment events.

Time Needed

Working Hours

The Crystal shopping and entertainment center is open to visitors year-round and operates daily, usually from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
