Siberian Cats Square is a charming and unique attraction located in the heart of Tyumen, one of Russia's most interesting cities. This small but very cozy square, established in 2008, covers an area of about 0.5 hectares and is situated in the Central Administrative District, on the odd side of Pervomayskaya Street between Respubliki and Lenina streets. It is a kind of open-air art object dedicated to these graceful animals.

The main highlight of the square, drawing the attention of locals and tourists alike, are the twelve expressive cat sculptures. They are made of cast iron and coated with bright gold paint, making them clearly visible even from a distance, especially in the evening when the lighting is turned on. Each figure has its own personality and pose, making a walk through the square even more engaging and providing many fun photo opportunities.
The square is perfectly located: it is within walking distance of Tsvetnoy Boulevard—a popular spot for shopping and recreation in Tyumen. You can also find many cafes and small restaurants nearby, where it's nice to relax after a walk. Thanks to its original design and convenient location, the Siberian Cats Square quickly became a favorite spot for both locals and visitors, symbolizing the warmth and comfort of Siberian hospitality.
