Tsvetnoy Boulevard is the heart of modern Tyumen and one of its main and most recognizable landmarks. It is the city's primary pedestrian zone, where life is in full swing and a lively atmosphere always prevails. It is an ideal place for leisurely walks, meetings, and a first introduction to the dynamic rhythm of this Siberian city.
Stretching for almost 800 meters in the very center, between Lenina, Pervomayskaya, Ordzhonikidze, and Gertsena streets, the boulevard is the longest pedestrian artery in the city. The space is paved and decorated with numerous art objects, original sculptures, and cozy benches for relaxation, making a walk here particularly pleasant. The city's largest fountain, “Four Seasons,” is also located here.

Tsvetnoy Boulevard is more than just a street; it is one of the favorite leisure spots for both locals and tourists of all ages. Its significance was confirmed by winning the “Wonder of Tyumen” contest in 2008. The central position of the boulevard is emphasized by the fact that the facade of the city administration building overlooks it, making it a true hub of public life. In the summer, city holidays are held here, and in the winter, a magical ice town is built.
