The Seven Girls fountain is one of the most vibrant and memorable landmarks in Ufa, the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan in Russia. Located in Teatralny Square in the very heart of the city, it is rightfully considered the largest fountain not only in Ufa but in the entire republic. This magnificent musical light structure features jets of water that dance to the beat of the music, illuminated by multi-colored lights to create a truly magical spectacle.

The fountain got its poetic name from the elegant sculptural composition decorating it. Seven bronze figures of girls, frozen in the graceful poses of the national Bashkir dance, seem to have stepped off the pages of the ancient epic "Seven Girls." Each sculpture, dressed in traditional attire, is unique and expressive; together they create a harmonious ensemble embodying the beauty and cultural heritage of the Bashkir people.
Structurally, the fountain consists of two basins lined with durable granite. The diameter of the main, larger basin is an impressive 18 meters. Seven bronze sculptures are installed along its perimeter, each reaching 2.2 meters in height and weighing between 500 and 700 kilograms. The author of this impressive composition is the Honored Artist of Bashkortostan, Khanif Khabibrakhmanov, who successfully captured the spirit of the ancient legend and the beauty of folk dance in metal.
