Friendship Square, also known as "Druzhba" park or square, is an important recreational site in the city of Volgodonsk, Russia. Located in the New City, it became the first full-fledged park created in this part of Volgodonsk and quickly gained popularity among locals and visitors alike as an excellent place for relaxation and walks.

Friendship Square was conceived as the central element of a unified recreational system in Volgodonsk. Today, it is a well-maintained green area offering visitors a chance to enjoy nature, take a break from the city bustle, and spend time with family or friends. Here you can walk along shady alleys or simply sit on a bench, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.
Friendship Park is part of a long pedestrian boulevard that stretches from school No. 11 to Kurchatov Avenue. Curiously, this pedestrian zone was originally planned to be called Pioneers Boulevard, but the name did not stick, and the place received the more soulful name "Druzhba".
One of the park's hallmarks is the entrance arch. Its design was developed by the city's chief architect, Yuri Federyakin, who also led the team of specialists that worked on designing the entire park complex. Thanks to their efforts, Friendship Square has become a harmonious and attractive public space.
