A walk from the main square, Plaza Mayor, will take about 15–20 minutes along a straight street. This is an excellent option for those who want to immediately immerse themselves in the city's atmosphere.
If you prefer public transport, city buses (lines 1, 11) stop near the station, connecting it with various districts. A taxi ride from the centre will take just 5–7 minutes. The taxi rank is located right at the main entrance.
Salamanca station offers passengers a high level of service thanks to its location within the Vialia shopping centre. Here you will find spacious waiting lounges, ticket offices, and self-service machines for purchasing Renfe train tickets. Wi-Fi is available on the premises (in specific zones), and there are ATMs and car rental facilities.
