There are two main seasons in Puzi. Winter, from December to February, is mild and relatively dry, with average temperatures around 17-19°C. Summer, lasting from roughly May to September, is hot and humid, with average temperatures rising to 27-28°C. Spring and autumn are pleasant transitional periods with moderate temperatures and less rainfall compared to the summer months.

During this period, precipitation levels and the number of rainy days increase significantly. Throughout the rest of the year, especially from November to April, there is notably less rainfall, making these months much drier.
