The fastest and most convenient way to reach Mayaguana island is by air transport. Since there are virtually no direct international flights here, travellers usually transfer in Nassau, the capital of the Bahamas, from where local planes depart.

Despite the location's remoteness, air connections link the island to civilization quite reliably. The flight allows you to enjoy breathtaking views of the turquoise ocean and coral reefs from above, turning the journey into a separate adventure.

Railway services on Mayaguana island are completely absent, as it is a small piece of land in the Atlantic Ocean. The specific terrain and size of the island do not support the development of trains or rail networks.
