The majestic Saint Anne Cathedral (Catedral Sant’Ana) is the primary architectural landmark of the city of Ponta Grossa. Located in the heart of the state of Paraná, this temple is a unique example of modern sacred architecture in Brazil.

The modern cathedral building, erected on the site of older churches, is striking in its scale: it covers an area of 2,250 square meters and rises to a height of 61.9 meters. The temple was officially opened in 2009 and today serves as the cathedral of the diocese, being an important center of attraction for pilgrims and tourists.
Of particular value is the cathedral's interior, which can accommodate more than a thousand worshippers. Thanks to its location on a hill, the Sant’Ana Cathedral is visible from almost any part of the city, remaining an enduring symbol of faith and the region's historical continuity.
