In the heart of the Langley Regional Airport lies a true gem for tech enthusiasts — the Canadian Museum of Flight. This non-profit space, created and supported by dedicated volunteers, aims to preserve the glorious history of flight that Canada is so proud of.

The museum's collection features over 25 aircraft, spanning from the dawn of aviation to the modern era. Here, you can see everything from formidable military fighters and jet planes to peaceful civilian vessels, gliders, and helicopters. Remarkably, six exhibits in the collection are still in airworthy condition and occasionally take to the skies, demonstrating the power of piston engines.
The museum offers a unique interactive experience: unlike many classic galleries, visitors are allowed to touch many of the aircraft. This allows you to feel the difference between vintage fabric covering, the wood of early biplanes, and the cold aluminum of modern machines with your own fingertips. The exhibition is arranged chronologically, taking visitors on a journey from the era of World War I to the present day.
