Imagine a graceful, snow-white complex whose flowing lines evoke the heyday of the Art Deco style. Jubilee Pool is a unique outdoor lido located in the coastal town of Penzance. This architectural masterpiece, recognized as a Grade II listed building, is the largest seawater pool in the United Kingdom.

Built in the 1930s on the picturesque Battery Rocks, the pool features an unusual triangular shape and a Cubist interior. Its structure is designed to withstand the power of the Atlantic waves while creating a calm space for relaxation. Holding approximately 5 million liters of seawater, it serves as a symbol of British seaside culture.
A special feature of the site is the geothermal pool launched in 2019. It is Britain's first system to use heat from a deep well to warm the water to a comfortable 30°C. Today, Jubilee Pool is not just a place for swimming, but a community-run social enterprise where historical aesthetics meet a modern eco-friendly approach.
