The Three Borders Landmark (Hito Tres Fronteras) is an iconic site in the city of Puerto Iguazú, located in Argentina. It is situated at a unique point where the Iguazu and Paraná rivers converge, forming a natural border between three states: Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay. It is one of the few points in the world from which you can simultaneously see the lands of three countries.
The monument consists of a small obelisk painted in the colors of the Argentine flag. Similar symbolic posts are installed on the shores of the neighboring countries, each in the colors of its own nation. The landmark symbolizes peaceful and friendly relations between the three nations. The observation deck offers impressive panoramic views of the river confluence and the coastal areas, making this a popular spot for tourists to take photos.

The area around the landmark is well-maintained: there are observation decks, a craft fair where you can buy local souvenirs, and a dancing fountain show with lights and music held in the evenings. The attraction is located near the city center and is easy to reach. Visiting this place is an essential part of getting to know this unique transnational region, which also includes the Brazilian city of Foz do Iguaçu and the Paraguayan city of Ciudad del Este.
