Queen Elizabeth Park is one of the premier green gems of Vancouver and all of Canada. This magnificent municipal park is located on Little Mountain, the city's highest point, at an elevation of about 125–152 meters above sea level. This location provides visitors with breathtaking panoramic views of the metropolis and the surrounding mountain peaks.
Spanning 52 hectares, the park is famous for its impeccably maintained landscape gardens, including the renowned gardens in the former quarry. Here, you can see both exotic plants and a collection of native trees in the arboretum. Walking trails lead past unique sculptures, including a work by the world-famous artist Henry Moore, and picturesque botanical displays, creating an atmosphere of peace and harmony with nature.
