Taihe, located in Jiangxi Province, China, lies within a subtropical monsoon climate zone. The driest period is winter. December records the minimum precipitation—only about 26.5 mm. Snow in this region is extremely rare and short-lived. In spring, starting from March, humidity begins to rise again, preparing the city for the next rainy season.

When packing for a trip to Taihe, it's important to consider the distinct seasonality. If your trip falls in the summer (May–September), opt for light clothing made from natural, breathable fabrics like cotton and linen.
