Victory Park in Belgorod is more than just a green space; it is one of the city's key theme parks, serving as a living reminder of the victory in the Great Patriotic War. Located in a picturesque spot between Bogdan Khmelnitsky Avenue and Popova Street, along the banks of the Vezelka River, the park is an important recreational area for residents and guests, as well as a significant memorial complex in Russia.

At the heart of the park is its central avenue, leading visitors past various monuments and memorial sites. Among them, a special place is held by the impressive "Victory" sculptural composition, symbolizing triumph and resilience. Nearby is the Alley of Glory, commemorating the memory of heroes. These elements make a walk through the park not only pleasant but also filled with deep meaning.
In addition to its memorial role, Victory Park is attractive for its well-kept landscape design. Numerous floral arrangements, especially the vibrant carpets of tulips in the spring, are a delight for visitors. Interestingly, the park was previously decorated with roses gifted by the Polish sister city of Opole, which added a special charm. Today, it is a favorite spot for walking, family recreation, and outdoor leisure.
