In the shade of the ancient trees of the Eschenberg forest, south of the city of Winterthur, lies the wonderful Wildpark Bruderhaus. It is more than just a place for a stroll; it is a true natural oasis covering 6 hectares, where Switzerland demonstrates its commitment to preserving rare animal species. The park serves as an important recreation area, offering guests a unique opportunity to meet forest inhabitants in their natural environment.

Today, about 80 animals representing nine different species have found a home here. Strolling along the paths, you can see majestic bison, cautious lynx, noble deer, and even rare Przewalski's horses. Special attention is given to species that are endangered or no longer found in the region's wild nature, turning the park into a significant center for biodiversity.
One of the main features of "Bruderhaus" is its concept: it helps visitors better understand the connection between domestic animals and their "wild relatives." This is a place where nature becomes closer, and information boards and open-air enclosures make learning about the fauna exciting and educational for people of all ages.
