The Historic Center of Wismar is a superbly preserved ensemble of a medieval Hanseatic city located in the north, where Germany stretches out. This site is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is rightfully considered an architectural gem of the Baltic coast.

At the heart of the old town is the Market Square, covering 10,000 square meters, one of the largest of its kind. It is surrounded by elegant buildings showcasing the solemn grandeur of Brick Gothic and the grace of the Dutch Renaissance, creating a unique historical landscape.
Walking through the winding streets, visitors can see authentic structures from the 13th–16th centuries. The Altstadt (Old Town) has preserved the spirit of medieval prosperity, embodied in monumental cathedrals and ancient merchant houses, making every corner of this place a living illustration of history's pages.
