Packing Tips
When planning a trip to Capri, it’s important to consider seasonal weather changes to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. In summer, from June to August, the island enjoys hot and sunny weather with average temperatures of 22-26°C and minimal rainfall. During this time, your suitcase should be filled with light clothing made from natural fabrics, swimwear, a hat, sunglasses, and high-SPF sunscreen. Given the hilly terrain and numerous walking routes, be sure to pack comfortable shoes, such as flat sandals or light sneakers.
In spring (April-May) and autumn (September-October), the weather on Capri remains pleasant, but evenings can be chilly, so it’s worth bringing a light jacket or sweater. The winter months, from November to March, are characterized by cooler weather (average temperature around 10-12°C) and an increase in rainy days, especially in November. For this period, we recommend bringing warmer clothing, including a windbreaker or waterproof jacket, and closed-toe shoes. Layering is your best friend: a T-shirt, sweater, and jacket will allow you to easily adapt to temperature changes throughout the day. A compact umbrella will also come in handy, especially if your trip falls between November and March.
