The mansion was created for Dr. Pedro Domingo Curutchet and combined a residential area with a medical office. The building's unique feature is its use of an open floor plan, a free facade, and a terrace with a garden, allowing the structure to "breathe" and interact harmoniously with the surrounding urban space.
