The Łódź Botanical Garden, located in the city of Łódź, is one of the gems of Poland and one of the largest botanical gardens in the country. It covers an impressive 67 hectares, where more than 3,400 species, varieties, and hybrids of land plants are carefully cultivated. The garden proudly bears the name of Jakub Mowszowicz, who, along with Professor Jan Muszyński, was at the origins of its creation, giving the city this green treasure.

A walk through the garden is a true journey through various corners of the plant world. The territory is cleverly divided into nine thematic sections, each representing unique plant communities and collections. You can discover the flora of different climate zones and continents, enjoying the variety of shapes and colors. The entire garden is fully fenced, ensuring the safety and protection of its rich collections and allowing plants to thrive in optimal conditions.
Special attention should be given to the fact that the famous Palm House (Palmiarnia) also belongs to the Botanical Garden. This exotic corner is located in the picturesque Źródliska Park and complements the experience of visiting the main garden area, offering a plunge into the world of tropical and subtropical plants. A visit to the Łódź Botanical Garden promises to be not only a pleasant walk in the fresh air but also an educational experience for all nature lovers.
