Oktava Cluster is a unique creative space located in the heart of Tula. Opened in 2018 on the grounds of the active factory of the same name, this industrial cluster has become a symbol of the city's modern transformation. Across an area of 12,000 m², it harmoniously combines Russia's industrial heritage with cutting-edge educational and cultural formats.

The venue's main highlight is the Machine Tool Museum—the country's first multimedia industry museum, where the history of production is told through technology, light, and sound. In addition to the museum, it houses a higher technical school, the modern "Books at Oktava" library, a recording studio, and workshops where everyone can bring their technical or creative ideas to life.
The cluster is designed as a multifunctional hub for talented people. The first floor is an open public space with a massive hall for concerts and lectures, a cozy cafe, and maker laboratories. It is a place where industrial aesthetics, with its concrete walls and inspiring quotes, create a special atmosphere for socializing, learning, and creativity.
