Nestled on the banks of the winding Vitba River and the Dunay Stream lies a true emerald oasis — the Frunze Culture and Leisure Park. Located in the very heart of Vitebsk, this park covers an area of about 15 hectares and is one of the most beloved walking spots for residents and guests, for which Belarus is famous.

The park harmoniously combines a natural landscape layout with a formal style in its central part. Around 700 trees and shrubs grow here, including majestic maples, Canadian poplars, and delicate white acacias. The main architectural highlight of the area is the modern Vitebsk Concert Hall, rising atop Kstovskaya Hill, which is reached via a decorative pedestrian bridge.
Thanks to its peaceful atmosphere and picturesque slopes, the park is considered an ideal place for romantic dates and quiet relaxation. In winter, it transforms into a snowy fairytale, while in summer, it offers life-giving coolness in the shade of old alleys, complemented by the sound of fountains and the gentle splash of water at the artificial dam.
